Isn't it obvious Ron Paul has the best chance at beating Obama?

Its not obvious since their is no real race yet. We all thought that McCain was the best nominee for the Republicans right. He turn out to be as lame a candidate as Obama is a president. I don't put much faith into polls this far out of the elections time frame.
